Thank You, Fremont County, for Your Incredible Support!

Dear Friends,

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who supported our recent yard sale at the Humane Society of Fremont County. I’m thrilled to share that, thanks to your generosity, we raised over $8,700 over the course of just two days—a significant increase from last year’s $6,500! Your kindness and commitment to our cause have made this year’s event our most successful yet.

Preparing for this yard sale was no small feat. It took us a full month to get everything ready, and let me tell you, the week leading up to the event was an absolute scorcher. With temperatures hitting 96, 97, and even 98 degrees, being outside all day to set up was the most challenging experience I’ve had in my 10+ years with the Humane Society. Talk about exhausting! But seeing the outpouring of support from our community made every sweat-soaked moment worth it.

Whether you donated items, volunteered your time, or braved the heat to shop, you played a crucial role in helping us exceed our fundraising goals. The money raised will go directly towards providing care, medical treatment, and shelter for the animals who need it most in Fremont and Custer Counties.

As we pack away the last of the tables and look forward to next year’s sale, I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your unwavering support is what allows us to continue our mission of ensuring that every life truly matters.
