This summer, the Humane Society of Fremont County is excited to host the largest yard sale in the area. Join us on August 2-3, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, at our location at 110 Rhodes Ave. You'll find an incredible selection of bargains on items ranging from home décor to toys, all in support of a great cause.

Seeking Donated Items

We are currently seeking donations of gently used items to be sold at the yard sale. Community members are encouraged to donate books, household goods, toys, and tools in good condition by July 31.

Every donation and purchase directly supports the welfare of the animals in our shelter. The funds raised are vital for covering medical care, food, and shelter for our furry friends. This event not only helps animals in need but also strengthens community bonds by bringing locals together for a shared cause.

“Our Executive Director, Doug Rae, is thrilled about the yard sale’s potential to unite the community for a fun event with a serious purpose,” said a spokesperson for the Humane Society of Fremont County. “It’s a fantastic chance to find unique items at great prices while helping us continue our mission of caring for and rehoming pets.”

We invite everyone in search of great deals or unique finds to join us at this event. Remember, each purchase helps provide essential services to our animals.

For more information about the event, to donate items, or to learn how you can get involved with the Humane Society of Fremont County, please contact Doug Rae at (719) 275-0663.

We look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your support in making a significant difference in the lives of animals. Together, we can ensure that every life truly matters.
